Panel Insertion Robot for Skit, Fukuoka Prefecture (Company T)
It is a robot that takes out the workpieces stacked on the cart one by one and can stack about 50 pieces into the skit (basket cart)!
We would like to introduce our achievements from the requests we have received so far. We have implemented a "panel loading device for skids" at Company T in Fukuoka Prefecture. This robot retrieves workpieces (maximum size 2200×1000mm, approximately 20kg) one by one from a cart and can load about 50 pieces onto a skid (basket cart). The key feature is that it can simultaneously set cushioning material (plastic board) between the workpieces while loading them onto the skid.
